SuperPutty 1.4.0.9. When using SPSL with a mintty session, SENDKEY {ENTER} does not work and SENDLINE does not send a carriage return. So for example the SPSL command: `SENDLINE echo...

At the moment the step_size can only be set to "1" or "0.5" but I would like to use "0.1", or even "0.2" Would that be possible?
