Project creation does not do anything in Application Explorer

Once a new project is created successfully, the Application Explorer is not updated. Step 1: Project successfully created Step 2: Application Explorer does not update with new project.

Currently with odov3 workflow, we have updated the Application Explorer. It shows the current context in kubeconfig. But the current context is kubeconfig might be very old and not active....

For Application Explorer we follow this view. We need to remove the context shown.
