after enhanced_option_types is installed running `rake db:bootstrap` fails

I think this may be because I installed the plugin into SPREE_ROOT/vendor/extensions/enhanced_option_types, NOT enchanced_option_types. Shouldn't it be named enhanced_option_types or am I missing something?

We're following HEAD, but we're a little behind: be9984905dd67a0c35d3f7b1f7f434baeb8580b3 is the exact revision. I did get everything working now. I think the naming enchanced not enhanced is what confused matters...
