@musaabali I'll update the description with your first screenshot to warn users about errors with dark screens. I'll check why your second screenshot didn't work.

Reason was that the black borders weren't blackest black. I adjusted the black threshold in the script.

The exact values are left=182, right=82, bottom=63. Just 2 pixels off, but maybe that's it. If it doesn't work, upload a video of the support screen loop again.

Does FGA do anything in any screen? If not, try restarting your phone.

Can you explain why your phone has a black bar at the bottom? If you're using Gesture Navigation, try switching to 3 button and check if they disappear.

Sorry, I'm all out of ideas. The rectangles look correct in your last screenshot.

Looks to me like FGA's screenshot service only sees the image you're starting with. If you start on the Support screen, it will only see that you're still in Support...
