Ah, I fixed this for the local case but not remotes that are pushed over!

This occurs in LightConfig.cpp and is probably already fixed with a hack, still needs testing.

This is mostly complete, reassigning as medium.

We've made enough changes that we have to do this again! Also - check that the dry-run mode really works everywhere (see #133)
