[Bug] Sending channel-photo by file_id error

I tried to execute avatar-photo from channel and send it to another chat by `file_id`. So, Bot is Admin in this channel and has privileges to get it. Sending photo/document...

Create template adopted to Aiogram 3.x version.

Write unit tests for all services modules.

Create to_db_model function in DTO and converters module (dto -> db_model)

Remove commit from DAO methods. It should be called in layer, where DAO instantiates.

Decompose models and DTOs to different layers.

Remove *args from ResizedKeyboardMarkup constructor (not needed)
