You have to alter the definitions in `loramac.cpp` as explained in [this description](https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO/T-Impulse/tree/master/Example/T-Impulse-S76G-LoRaWAN). Make sure that you choose `lsb` / `msg` before copy & paste the keys.
