Any updates here? Unfortunately our pipelines on Code Ocean have limited flexibility, so they mostly rely on the latest pip version. Is there an ETA for when hdmf and pynwb...
I have the same issue. I think the implication is that suite2p won't work for python versions newer than 3.10. This is a problem because the rest of my environment...
I recall that I already described this issue here https://github.com/MouseLand/suite2p/issues/1172. Any way that PR could be merged?
Also experiencing this problem; Trying to run Suite2p with files from DANDI and Dandihub has updated their Python version, which I don't have control over.
