acer control center removed

acer control center is useful. I thought its only for windows bloatware..

Bug on Vivaldi Browser

Not working on vivaldi startup page. 

I accidentally put a large number on widget size inside the general settings (GUI). Now my computer is unusable because Rainmeter is on windows Startup.
