Auto assign on reply if there is no agent assigned

 Auto assign on access should be changed to auto assign on reply if there is no agent assigned to the ticket

Be able to create new ticket/conversation from a reply, with that reply being the initial content. Custom should remain the same.

Add a notice that custom has a new reply / response from customer support in the ticket table

Ticket sources add if only reply to ticket

The ticket sources keep counting tickets even though there was only a reply for the ticket and not an actual ticket.

AJAX load replies on scroll ( 5 batches at a time)

Display / fetch batches of 5 replies using AJAX and at first view only show latest 5. After, use a load more button
