Be able to create new ticket/conversation from a reply, with that reply being the initial content. Custom should remain the same.

The ticket sources keep counting tickets even though there was only a reply for the ticket and not an actual ticket.
Display / fetch batches of 5 replies using AJAX and at first view only show latest 5. After, use a load more button
