[BUG] Can't add subscriptions. It just loads forever and never adds the channel.

Chiming in, also have this issue with adding both new subscriptions and playlists.

Some additional context and testing - I'm running 0.26.0 release and the issue persists _if I use the SingleFile extension_. If I copy/paste a Reddit link into the New Item...
