In reference to version 224734d7be7ff0c4a8adb3a206356ea122112f33 in the pdf master version, I found one wrong substitute of x as in attachd. 

Not workable

I follow the instruction success installed but the kernel dose not appear in Jupyter/Lab/Notebook. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
