Solutions to the latest Tutorial Exercises #45

This PR provides :

• [x] Solutions to Exercise01 through Exercise10 based on the latest API and exercise notebooks.
• [x] One commit for each exercise solution to make it easy to manage the merge.
• [x] Addresses issue #45

Few Notes:

• The solutions branch is not up to date with the master branch. This PR adds a solutions directory to the master branch of tutorial with the solutions which make it easy for people getting started (avoids checking out new branch to check/refer to solutions)
• This PR does not add the solutions to rl_exercises Let me know if any changes need to be made to facilitate the merge.
