Due to Waline has updated to v2 for a long time and v1 is outdated, I update the `_config.yml` and `waline.pug` in order to fit the leatest version.

 挂载了cos储存桶之后（只挂载了**一个**），读取请求高得离谱，平均每秒30几次。 并且在取消挂载之后，请求就停止了。 

最近，CSDN旗下的gitcode将github上的仓库批量镜像，同时将CSDN中所有的github链接替换为gitcode。 但是绝大部分的gitcode链接均无法访问，且众多开发者强烈反对，遂提出此PR。
