Sorry, turns out not to be a ML bug (I think). Once I dragged the icons around a little bit it seems to execute for some reason.

Currently it looks like adding a 30 second delay just before the POSITION_CLAUSE allows changes to become set in stone... oddly, after I move things around, the Applications folder goes...

Editing generated code isn't a great idea in my experience… this also wouldn't offer typechecked params, doesn't enforce typechecking the response (or do so automatically) and feels fairly noisy.
