Do you have an example of how to plug this into a brand new MVC 5 Application? I have no idea what the steps are, they aren't listed anywhere?

It looks like it was stale as of before v2, and it is especially stale now that v2 is out. https://aspnetidentity.codeplex.com/discussions/539926 BTW thanks for sharing this Store implementation. :+1:
