Do you have an example of how to plug this into a brand new MVC 5 Application? I have no idea what the steps are, they aren't listed anywhere?

Hi @BrewDawg, are you still looking for help? After spending a few weeks on it, I've managed to club together a solution which I'd be willing to share, by no means should it be considered the best way to do it as I'm not a pro, but have something that works!
