Documentation: JUNIT output setup defined

Found the way to get output file: ```bash ./shunit2/shunit2 -- --output-junit-xml=/output/junit.xml ``` Having ```-- --``` is not intuitive, I managed to get this only by looking into tests.

@cezarlamann thanks, but as my project is flexible at the moment for this kind of changes, I amended scripts to new path.
