Need to have HTTPS endpoint supporting both BasicHttpBinding with transport enabled and WS2007FederationHttpBinding

I need to expose a service to support BasicHttpBinding with Transport enabled and also WS2007FederationHttpBinding. When I execute below code, I always get to see WSDL of only one HTTPS...
