Likely not, as most multiemedia keys don't get through to Windows. Of course, knowing what SharpKeys reports and/or their scancodes would help confirm that.

PowerToys has a more active remapper: I'd give them or AutoHotKeys a look.

Indeed, mouse keys are way outside the scope of what this tool can do with Windows remapping technology. Please give PowerToys a look.
