.gtm-plugin.sh:5: command not found: PWD

I had the same problem. I'm able to fix it by changing line 5 on gtm-plugin.sh from this: export GTM_LAST_DIR="$(PWD)" to this: export GTM_LAST_DIR="${PWD}"
