The exported file cannot be opened by SAS

It's really misleading that the readme for this project indicates that haven is capable of writing SAS data files when this and several related bugs indicate that it can't.

"ImportError: No module named fields" when install

This is an issue here as well, on Ubuntu 14.04. @bobhlo: The chef solution above didn't work for me but the manual one did. Thanks!
