you can use `rez.ops.chanMap, rez.xcoords, rex.ycoords` in matlab or the `channel_map.npy` and `channel_positions.npy` file
another possibility could be that there are very few or no spikes in those batches. I would recommend increasing the batch time and rerunning to see if that helps.
I figured out the issue. The library is supported only for Linux and Mac OS for this type of download. Sorry for the trouble.
