Please note that by deleting the `spire-server-0` pod and its bound persistent volume claim the problem is then resolved when the pod is recreated and bound to a new PVC.

I'm not certain why but after restarting the cluster this issue resolved itself.

The `/etc/resolv.conf` file in the container is not world readable because the umask on the host machine is applied on launch

This issue still persists in case anyone can confirm this bug report.
