Add web GUI for managing config files and viewing logs

In order to make this more easily usable by anyone, a web GUI should be added to manage the configuration files and view log data. It does not need to be overly complex, but since this is primarily oriented at running in Docker, a quick way to interact with the configuration without jumping through hoops would be ideal.

I have not written a lightweight management GUI before, so assistance here would be ideal.

A really cool idea for this would just be a "sensor dashboard" as well, so we could see current states in a single place.
