You have to copy paste the resources folder from windower/ashita to get autofill to work. Have you unlocked the number of trusts you are trying to summon?

mine was working until today, maybe there is some problem just post updates?

I found a lot of lingering processes when I ran into this issue, I turned closed a lot of processes and it started working again.

Copy paste the resources folder from windower/ashita into the release folder and try again. make sure you are typing in the middle of the battle phase menu.
