I upgraded to 4.6.7 `implementation 'com.onesignal:OneSignal:4.6.7'` and placed the `apply plugin: 'com.onesignal.androidsdk.onesignal-gradle-plugin'` after `apply from: "$flutterRoot/packages/flutter_tools/gradle/flutter.gradle` Problem Solved for me!
