When zoning from an explorable area to an outpost. Auto-disable pcons on map change ON. Clicking "Enable" during the lapse where there is no counter on pcons produces the crash....

Currently /resignlog sends full team status including resigned, not in party, connected, etc. It could just print those resign pending players to avoid redundant info and chat spamming.
