Thanks for letting us know! You should however be able to scroll horizontally through the numbers if it is to long for your screen.
I honestly think that this is will be unfeasible to fix. It's my understanding that different android phones handle screen shots differently which makes it hard to detect a screenshot....
I can't replicate this bug, so it'd be great if you could take a look at it @smichel17 :+1:

Upgrading to AppIntro v4.1.0 should fix this as long as the strings don't get much longer than this.

I agree with @smichel17 that an add-on using Google Play Services would probably be the best solution. However, I don't own an Android Wear devices, so I can not develop...
There is a way to do this, which I've been thinking about implementing. You could try to first encode the url the user gives and then fill the rest up...
Sadly this is not trivial to fix, since the characters make up the design, so removing the character would alter the design and the QR wouldn't look like it should...
