spy disguise status overlap issue

the spys disguise status overlaps with the ks counter which makes them both difficult to read

no custom capture point or abc icons for cp_hadal, looks especially bad since they didn't make the default ones nolod

 icon is offset and big, fixes when you reload hud but not sure why it breaks in the firstplace  when taking the intel it gets blocked by capture...

muzzle flashes for weapons are defined by the same weapon script files used for crosshair stuff so being able to change/disable them using this tool would be nice
