Nightscout doesn't have any settings for battery or reservoir levels which could be queried, so the local settings are needed in order to display these warnings.

@sprnza Where did you find the information about the `text` field being deprecated in the notification preset? @ctsiaousis I made a PR (#457) with my workaround.

I merged this PR for myself and it works like a charm :)

This might be fixed by #2997
