tML crashes when changing default audio device (and sometimes at startup)

Definitely not fixed in 2023.6.25.28 Disconnecting my Bluetooth headphones causes the game to crash. Workaround from https://github.com/tModLoader/tModLoader/issues/2863#issuecomment-1221975856 works and fixes the issue.

Split tunneling returns ISP plug for blocked pages instead of website's IP

Not a bug per se. You also need to use third-party DNS instead of one provided by ISP.

Overlay opacity is bugged (overlay has black background and not seethrough)

I have the same problem. I suspect it is Win11 compatibility problem.

Feature suggestion (Animal Logic): show animal walk speed in caravan screen

Maybe. I'm not sure I'll continue, since current vector of 1.0 development is rushing downhill on full speed, and this is very discouraging.
