Update fibers

I am running into this issue as well. It is preventing me from using webdriverio and saucelabs.

It looks like support was dropped in Faraday 0.10.0 from Nov 11, 2016.

``` sudo gem install faraday -v 0.8.11 sudo gem install json -v 1.8.6 ``` That workaround seems to work.

Performance Monitoring Support

I have not been making any significant changes to this module for a while now. I don't actually use it anymore, but would be happy to merge in any patches...

Make ->$foo_context behave more like ->capture_$foo

I would be happy to have a patch on this, as long a we maintain backwards compatibility. Thanks!
