Getting error when trying to run PixelAnnotationTool

I downloaded PixelAnnotationTool and when I tried to run the app, I got an error: ./PixelAnnotationTool_x86_64_v1.4.0.AppImage: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpangoft2-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: hb_font_funcs_set_variation_glyph_func I work on Ubuntu 18.04.3
