To clarify, Youtube live stream of type Unlisted ("Anyone with the link can view") gets archived soon as the encoder is not receiving a constant flow of data (under 60s)....

This seems relate to util selection, if I only install (sudo apt install) p7zip-full then the existing file is never detected, but when installing also (sudo apt install) p7zip-full unrar...

This is because of having cURL as your PHP HTTP Wrapper which doesn't return headers before read once with fread(), thanks to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6688039/wrapper-data-is-empty , or something in the general direction....
