datetime_field_data need timezone for django 1.4

Random value for `datetime_field_data` need to add timezone part for django 1.4 with `USE_TZ = True` in other case we have ``` RuntimeWarning: DateTimeField received a naive datetime (2011-06-28 22:16:29)...
