为什么不加一个 带有timeout参数的 publish函数

根据我的理解，nsqd 是不会选择或者过滤consumer的。 不过有一个带带拓展（extend）的topic类型，其msg可以带拓展信息。然后你的consumer 根据这个拓展消息去做一个过滤 或者筛选，应该能达到你的目的 。
在admin ，lookup界面上先建一个带拓展消息的的topic。 然后 在sdk里找PublishWithJsonExt 这个函数。
