您好，服务器已经部署collabora，但目前网盘共享的文件无法让多人同时在一个文档里协作编辑，其他人打开共享文档后为只读模式，这个是需要在部署collabora时配置还是需要cloudreve本身的支持呢？如果需要cloudreve支持，后续会考虑支持吗？ 谢谢！
**Describe the bug** 初始容量限制无效，用户到达限制后仍然可以继续上传下载文件，不受初始容量限制 **To Reproduce** 在用户组设定某个用户组的初始容量后，用户在客户端上传文件达到初始容量后仍然可以继续上传，不受此限制，猜测可能和存储策略有关系，不过似乎即使只给用户开了默认存储策略也可以突破此限制，不清楚原因在哪
