feature: Add the ability to run dbt-docs-generate on only changed files

Any news on this one ? This is a feature we'd also like to have for our workflows

`tbls doc` fails when a foreign key is referencing a table from another schema (MySQL)

Looking at the existing code that queries the constraints (https://github.com/k1LoW/tbls/blob/main/drivers/mysql/mysql.go#L364-L399), I believe you can retrieve the column `kcu.referenced_table_schema` to help identify this use case.
