[BUG][Python] The schemaMappings and importMappings do not work in Python clients.

I defined [custom templates](https://openapi-generator.tech/docs/templating/) for the [api](https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/blob/v7.2.0/modules/openapi-generator/src/main/resources/python/api.mustache) and the [model](https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/blob/v7.2.0/modules/openapi-generator/src/main/resources/python/model.mustache) moustache files. It works in my case but it's not ideal
