I think that the idea of a Community starter kit is exciting. What exactly is your understanding of a community event!? Is it possible to supplement materials for user groups!?

Since the docs are in written in .rst it would nice to have 'em available at an easy to access url where it is published regularly(read automatically), thoughts?
