Started the documentation in Asciidoc format

Hi, Asciidoc format is also easy to maintain , added a sample page requesting a pull.

Guys, given there is nothing in master, I find this document very resourceful. Wondering what it would take to get this pull request approved and merged in.

PS: It's kind-off de-motiving for me to see a 3+ year old PR, with no-followup.
