According to [this link](https://blog.mapbox.com/mapbox-vector-tile-specification-adopted-by-esri-14138105872f), and [this link](http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/map-authoring/author-a-map-for-vector-tile-creation.htm), it appears it's based on the Mapbox format. They also credit the Mapbox vector-tile-spec in their [ArcGIS Pro Acknowledgments](http://pro.arcgis.com/es/pro-app/get-started/pdf/ArcGIS_Acknowledgements.pdf).

When I upload a Live Photo, it uploads an HEIC image and a video. The server makes a full resolution jpeg Sidecar image. I imagine RAW photos would also have...
