I have also noticed some underprediction with the time filter when we have been trying to compare with experimental results and MCNP. We have seen better results with surface tallies...
Not certain but i think this should give a zero value, the photonuclear cross section threshold for Iron is above 10 MeV, Lead or Be are typical low threshold materials...
I don't think you are plotting different reactions, i think you are plotting a few reactions (therefore a few activation products) and then lots of excitation levels. Not sure this...
You might be able to filter on a keyword like the heating filter or use the Mt numbers. All the excited product levels are high Mt numbers think 300 +...
Perhaps it is something csg2csg can check for and warn / not produce the Fluka input file. Ultimately some unrolling of brackets could be done, but I'm not that smart...
i'll add this as a case for the refactoring of cell keyword handling i have been planning to do to fix #38 and related issues, but feel free to add...
