Tried it, changed it to black in inkscape it loks ok, but in the topbar it is still white, edited .local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/docker.../icons/docker.svg Also rebooted the system, but the icon is still...

Just found that there is another docker.svg icon in the main plugin folder, changed that to black and it works :)
