Divide by zero exception in Newtonsoft.Json.Utilities.BoxedPrimitives.Get() method

We are experiencing a similar problem with a legacy C# Net Framework 4.7.2 application; divide by zero when calling JObject.Parse on a perfectly valid json. We are using Newtonsoft 13.0.3...
