对了还有一个要注意的点，格式化成 HFS，重启安装的时候会报各种各样的错，然而直接格式化成 APFS 会报错，最后我发现可以先格式化成 HFS，然后菜单栏有个 convert to APFS，这样就顺利重启到正式安装界面了
