@nmaludy and I talked a lot about this. We don't think it's hard, per sé, but if I recall correctly it was a function of making the Vault keystone available...

Maybe someone who knows the st2ctl and pack install could post a list of what would need to happen to solve this ticket? @armab @nmaludy ?

@armab I kind of agree. What if there was a `--purge` option that ran `st2 pack remove`? Would that solve for this without a ton of new logic?

@horkhe this PR pins tld==0.10 (the last version that supports py2) can you merge or let me know what else is needed to merge?

Ok. So are you saying you no longer support python2? I could make an alternate approach where it pins it for Py2 installs, but not py3. I understand your point...
