Switch from secp256k1 to noble-curves

noble-curves were audited and are very fast. This removes native dependency. It would also be great to replace eccrypto after that.

Hi @paulmillr Sorry haven't seen this PR before. I made a small change to trigger the ci, but it fails, please check.
