Hey Jason. Do the changes that arrived in Chrome 52, to support the official Web Push protocol and move away from GCM, impact this at all?

Also, it's not even possible to run an older version of create-react-app, so after hours of trying, I was unable to get elements working.

Create-react-app just migrated to webpack5, and won't even allow installing installing old versions with webpack4. I've just wasted hours trying to get it to work and failed.

Just wanted to add to this. Would love to see historical data, back until to the launch of the contract. Might require caching data though.
